Please note that all applications created with current login details must be completed before 10 December 2020. These login details will be made inactive after this date and you will be required to create a new username and password to login to the enrolment application system.

Application process

To apply for a place at Yarra Valley Grammar, please complete the online Application for Enrolment form for each child with a copy of your child’s birth certificate and a non-refundable application fee (Paid via Credit card or EFT) of $150.00 for one child and $200 for multiple children if applying at the same time. Please upload the following documents while completing the form if applicable,

  • Copy of applicant’s passport along with proof of visa for temporary resident and permanent resident families
  • Most recent School reports and NAPLAN results
  • Court orders including family court orders and intervention orders
  • Current Immunisation history for ELC applicants
